Prime your lips with foundation, yes you hear it right foundation. Before applying your lip liner/ lipstick, just apply little bit of foundation on your lipstick let it dry for 2 - 3 mins and then apply your
lipliner/lipstick. It will not only prime your lips but will also bring out the lipstick color and will make it last longer than usual and will moisture ur lips.
