OVAL BRUSH SET

                                                    OVAL BRUSH SET

I'm super excited to tell you guys more about these brushes, when i got them, i used them the same day.  Even though I still love my regular fluffy make brushes, I'm still really obsessed with these oval ones.

So in this brush set, you will get 5 oval brushes, 3 linear brushes and 2 small, circular brushes. My favourite is the biggest brush in this set because I use it everyday for foundation and it blends the product like a dream!! Not a lot of product is needed because of the size and how it spreads evenly across the face.
The set includes (Biggest to smallest) :

Sphere 10 which can be used as a powder brush, but I use this to apply my foundation because it blends it really well. I dot the product on my face and buff in circular motions.

-Sphere 9 which can be used to blend your cream contour and foundation. I really love this brush to buff out the contour because of the big size. It leaves the contour looking very subtle and natural whereas if you use any smaller brush, it will still look like a distinct line down your cheek.

Sphere 8 can apply foundation or concealer to the smaller parts of your face. If you have dark circles or other areas that need extra coverage, this brush is perfect and does the job well. Just dot the product on your skin and buff out with the Sphere 8.

-Sphere 7 makes the perfect concealer brush. Not gonna lie, but this is my fav concealer brush that I use.

-  Sphere 6 Another brush that is perfect to blend concealer on parts of your face that need more coverage.

- Linear 5 This is perfect to contour your nose and to draw the contour lines down  your cheekbones also and blend it in with a bigger brush mentioned above.

-  Linear 4 can be used for applying eyebrow products. This is not my favourite way to apply eyebrow products but this does the job. I think it is best to find an eyeshadow that matches your eyebrow shade and and apply it by stroking it in the direction of your eyebrow hairs for a more natural look. Set with a brow gel after.

-  Linear 3 which can be used for applying a gel eyeliner. This brush is the smallest in the linear category which makes it easy for someone to glide on gel liner on their eyelid. It also makes life so much easier when it comes to creating a wing. Measure the end of your eye with the end of your eyebrow and apply in that direction.

-Circle 2 can apply lip products and eyeshadows. Personally, I don't like applying eyeshadows with these brushes. It creates too much fallout under the eye and doesn't show the pigment of the eyeshadow very well. I prefer using my old-school eyeshadow brushes.

- Circle 1 which can be used to dot the contour and highlight and blend eyeshadows. Again, not a fan of the blending eyeshadows with an oval brush part, but I guess that's just me!

I gave up milk and this is what happened to my skin.

Who knew the key to clear skin could be as easy as changing your diet?

I never thought of giving up dairy for my skin. In fact, the reason I stopped drinking milk all came down to a harrowing video I watched on Facebook. I’ll spare you the details. But basically, I couldn’t get over it and so vowed to never drink milk again.

I didn’t give up all dairy though. I’m mildly addicted to cheese and the thought of not ever eating a baked camembert again or enjoying a goat’s cheese salad was just to much for me to bear.

But what started out as a ban on milk, simply because I didn’t like it anymore, turned into something much bigger for my skin. And I couldn’t ignore the effect it was having, so eventually, I even cut back on my beloved cheese.

The changes didn’t happen immediately. But over the period of about 3 months without milk, I noticed that my skin was less inflamed and I wasn’t suffering from as many regular breakouts.

My daily flat white became a thing of the past, Oatly! replaced Cravendale milk in my family home fridge, indulging in cheese became a monthly treat and leafy greens like Bok Choy became my primary source of Calcium.

After years of visiting dermatologists, changing my skincare routine and subjecting myself to medications, a change in diet proved to be the salvation in my battle against acne.

There are a number of proposed hypotheses surrounding how dairy products may worsen skin disease.  For instance, it’s possible that dairy acts by a similar mechanism to diets rich in carbohydrates by promoting insulin and IGF1 production’, says Dr Anjali Mahto, Consultant Dermatologist & British Skin Foundation spokesperson. ‘There are also other suggestions that milk from dairy cows either naturally contains growth hormones or is treated with growth hormones.  These can in turn increase androgen levels, which drive oil glands to release more sebum.’

In fact, Doctors have suspected a connection between gut and the skin for well over 50 years now, with studies showing that people with acne have a far stronger reaction against gut bacteria.

That’s not to say that this happens to everyone. I know a lot of people who consume dairy all the time without any side effects. But, it’s definitely something to consider if you’ve tried everything else to no avail. It actually forced me to love my skin again too. Treat it with respect and nurture it, instead of continue with – what was for me – bad habits and cover it up with make-up.

NO MAKEUP MAKEUP LOOK ?

Natural Looking Makeup: Learn the Tips For Getting the Look Just Right

Finding the right makeup to wear when you’re going for a natural look can be more complex than you think. You don’t want anything too cakey, too bright, or too dark. And we all know, that looking natural does indeed require SOME makeup application – and some skill, too. The best tip that we have for you is to wear colors close to your natural skin tone, and ones that just enhance and perfect your skin. For your best natural look, follow the tips and tricks below, followed by some of our favorite beauty products to use to get your natural looking makeup just right.

1. Moisturize. Creating a the perfect base for your makeup is very important. Moisturizer benefits your skin by hydrating, and promotes anti-aging benefits. It will even out your skin texture creating a perfect palette to begin your makeup routine.

2. Conceal. Hide away any dark circles, fine lines or blemishes with a concealer. This will get rid of any imperfections and leave your skin looking flawless.

3. Powder or light foundation. We recommend to use a powder or an airy liquid foundation. The illusion that we’re going for is natural makeup, so using a thick cakey makeup doesn’t fit the bill. Be sure to apply evenly with a brush or sponge for an even, non-streaky, look and your face will appear naturally perfect.

4. Subtle blush. Creme blushes work well because you can rub them in as much as you like for a dramatic or subtle look. Depending on your skin color, blush colors will vary – but peaches tend to look great on everyone. Blend in to your natural cheekbone line where pink undertones normally show.

5. Neutral shadows. Sweep a neutral color over your lids for a muted but beautiful eye. Choose a color that is just a shade or two darker than your skin tone, anything too dark will create a more dramatic eye and won’t look natural.

6. Nude lip. When choosing a lip color, go for the light pinks, peaches and sand colors. You could also apply a little gloss for an even simpler lip.

7. Little mascara (if any). A thin layer of mascara is all you need for a natural look. You still want your eyes to stand out, so if you have light lashes, adding a layer of mascara may be a good idea. If you naturally have dark, full lashes you may skip out on the mascara.

8. No liner. While eyeliner is great for a dramatic eye, it doesn’t fit with the natural makeup look. Don’t apply any eyeliner on the top or bottom. Not only will your face look naturally stunning but you’ll love how easy taking off your makeup is!

3 Ingredients Mask For Glowing Skin

                       DIY MASK FOR GLOWING SKIN
Do you wish you have soft and glowing skin without spending a fortune on beauty products? Here's a simple recipe for a homemade face mask that uses items you probably have in your kitchen. The ingredients are
Extra virgin olive oil
Honey
Baking soda.
Are really good for your complexion.

Both olive oil and honey have moisturizing properties that keep your skin soft and smooth. Olive oil penetrates deep into the skin, helping repair your skin, promoting elasticity and reducing blemishes.

Honey fights off bacteria, tightens your skin pores and protects your skin from sun damage and premature wrinkling. It also hydrates your skin and locks in moisture.

The baking soda works as a gentle exfoliating agent, reduces redness caused by breakouts and boosts circulation. It also helps treat acne and pimples by removing excess oil and dead skin cells.

Another advantage of this beauty mask is that it is suitable for all skin types. The ingredients are neither too drying nor too greasy.

DECEMBER FAVORITES!

                                    DECEMBER  FAV PRODUCTS.
Talking about favorites, if someone asks me whats your favorite product the only thing pops up into my mind is bourjous air mat. this has been my favorite ever since i have started using it. Gives amazing finish and its long-lasting, gives and amazing coverage and a longlasting matte finish.

Tint, i'm not a fan of lip tints, because i feel they are  very tacky and they make a mess so i have always avoided to use those. although this product has been in the market form a long time now. i got this on my birthday from sephora so i just could't say no, i had to take it, why not.  Even after when i got it, it was just around my vanity for around 2 weeks. then when i just applied it one day when i couldn't find my lipstick, i just falled for it. its just so amazing, gives you amazing cherry pink lips without extra color and its longlasting as well. im so in love with this product.
for almost 2 years, i have been using anastasia dip brow, because i just didn't wanted to change  it , or just because i loved that product so much. so recently i heard a lot of people saying so many good things about benefit ka-brow which made me buy it, not only this i bought the ka-brow i bought the high-beam and clear brow gel as well. since when i started using it, i'm so in love with it. yes i do use anastasia somedays as well, but this product has been something that i have used so much in this month so its an absolute favorite.
